本船為尾機型、圓弧式首部、雙槳、雙舵、柴油機推進的單甲板、單底，混合骨架式、A字型扒桿自航起重船。本船適用于沿海航區調遣/遮蔽區域作業。

起重能力：主鉤起重量2×650t，舷外跨距32.72 m；
